Functional Fit

This class is geared towards weight loss with a focus on metabolic conditioning.  Athletes can expect to enter both aerobic and anaerobic states while participating in this class.  We will be incorporating body weight movements with some light, weight training to achieve an overall stronger core, better mobility and increased aerobic capacity.

  • Superset
  • 3x12 bicep curls
  • 3x12 tricep dips (on a box)


  • 16 minute running clock
  • 20s seconds on /10 seconds off
  • Plate Burpees
  • Jump Rope
  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups
