Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or looking to get a better handle on movements that are commonly performed, Foundations of CrossFit can help.  There are lots of moving parts to your fitness journey, creating a foundation for your fitness will help you get more out of time you spend in the gym.  Here are several of the things that we will be covered.

Foundations of CrossFit will give you time to learn in a non-threatening setting and allow for you to learn proper technique to avoid unnecessary injury.  Foundations of CrossFit is FREE to all members and will be taught every Friday night at 6:30pm.
