There are lots of moving parts to your fitness journey, creating a foundation for your fitness will help you get more out of time you spend in the gym. Foundations of CrossFit will give you time to learn in a non-threatening setting and allow for you to learn proper technique to avoid unnecessary injury. Foundations of CrossFit is FREE to all members and will be taught every Friday night at 6:30pm.
