Our Endurance program powered by Runaround Running & Lifestyle Co. is a fundamental approach to becoming a better, more sustainable, and injury free runner or athlete. Our goal is to build strength, stability, and stamina in order to take on the tough challenges you face in endurance sports. Move better, run stronger, last longer.

We will be starting an "on ramp" class on April 2nd that will run for 30 days. Classes will be at 6 am on weekdays and will be completely FREE for those 30 days! We want to give you a true introduction to our programming and philosophy behind creating stronger, more sustainable running performance. After those 30 days, you have the option to sign up as a member of the gym and continue our programming. You will also have access to all the other classes we offer including CrossFit and Mobility.
